ice cream turned sour

I`ve bought your ice cream (classic , chocolate and caramel) many times before from Best price value in Boksburg. corner of Paul Kruger and Trichards rd. Buying in bulk boxes i only saw that it were melted and leaked and then froze again. Then the taste is sour. Clasic 0363. BB 12/2021....*** Bought Thursday 11/03.2021
