unknown person signed and received my parcel

I had not receive my parcel which your man stated that the parcel had been delivered since 15th novomber 2015. I already checked the cctv on the particular date and day which your man had been mentioned, but sadly there was no any delivery truck passing by my house. I am very angry about that because the parcel cost me about RM9000+. I had made a complaint directly at your balakong outlet , but your man just gave me a police report with bad attitude and the report doesn't mean anything as in i still can't get back my parcel. Other than that, your man asked me to call and contact directly back to China. You think is it possible for me to call to all my supplier from China ? I really hope you can settle this case for me in these 3 days and give a reasonable answer for me BUT not excuse. This problem already drag me for almost one week. I'm really get ****ed of this!!!!!! I will take action after 3 days if you people don't entertain me. Thankyou very much and hope you really make a Good cooperation.
