Client service complaint

<p>I was on saturday 3 weeks ago at Uniquw Jewelers in Klerksdorp Checkers Centre to collect my watch. It was repair after I complain about battery that I was replaced week ago at previous jewelers and now it was leaking for the first time in 20 years I have my watch. I give it to Nic if I could remember the name correctly, said they will investigate and will let me know what is the problem. after almost week I call to know what is the problem with my watch after hearing nothing from the jewels. The person give me estimated amount of R600 and that I must pay R400 dep before what is immediately did. It was for some motor inside wath that must be ordered and be fixed. After 2 weeks contacting them again the cost is now almost R1000 after the motor was more expensive and that the watch is now in working condition. I went againon saturday the 4th Feb 2017 to collect it with my fiancees ring and her watch replace a battery and give them hour while we inside checkers for shopping. When collect it after more than hour, see the watches laying at the back, the personon heling was so angry when I asked him to give the ring also and that we paid all that was due on it. throw book at me and said must lookup my name because he doesnt haver the time it is so busy. I was ferious because Im a client to, how can he spoken to my like that in from of others. I was standing there for almost 40min before he do anything after I said that I want to speak to the manager. Well after that and paid for all I didt even get invoice or guarrantee only my till slip. I put on my watch and the following day it leak again and stopped, cant take it back as I worked in Heidelberg. After contacting them on that monday and complain over the poor service and that the watch dont even worked the manager said he will investigate the service we get on that Saturday and will get the watch at my fiancee. Nothing happened after that and no come back. Is this how business is working!!!!</p>
