Worst extension you can ever buy....

I ordered my extension from them about 6 weeks later I received them I asked them what salon can I use to fit the the recommended one so I made an appointment and went there they fitted it for me after that I went there to blow dry my hair every single time on my second time I went to them the extensions were very dry and bit and pieces started backing of it started making tangles like you can't believe I send them a message and asked them that is going on they said the hair is dry and suggested I take it out and salon needs toe put a mask on it what I also did like they suggested now it is still dry after a mask was put on when I informed them about that there reply to it is post 6 weeks delivery and it's my problem but funny part is it's not 6 weeks post delivery so it is there problem. They are extremely rude no after service they refuse to exchange them. Don't buy this product you will make the biggest mistakes of your life.....
