Great bench, terrible service

I ordered a memorial bench to commemorate my late father, to be installed at Johannesburg Botanical Gardens. The bench itself is lovely, but the service and communication from Unique Timber Plastics was very poor. After ordering and paying for the bench, I received very little communication and had to keep following up myself, without response. Then suddenly after weeks of silence, I received a call to say that they were on their way to install the bench, and I must meet them at the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens. I had no warning of this and no time frame was given, and I was not able to leave work. I then managed to arrange with the City Parks staff at the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens to sort everything out for me. However, when Unique Timber Plastics arrived at the Johannesburg Botanical Gardens, they actually DIDN'T have my bench with them, and so all of the stress and panic had been for nothing. They were actually NOT delivering my bench despite having told me that. The bench however is lovely, and the plaque was done very nicely.
