Avoid, terrible terrible customer service and zero accountability!

To anyone reading, I advise you to avoid this business at all cost.

One wants to support a local business, but I simply have to share my disappointment I endured with them.

I have been ordering products (wall extenders to be exact) from them in batches since February 2022 and I can confirm that there were issues with every single delivery, the last delivery being the absolute worst.

The issues range from the driver forgetting the products I've ordered on the day of delivery to the wrong products being delivered... (delivery takes up to 3 to 4 weeks btw).

Regarding the last delivery, I ordered wall extenders on Monday 22 August 2022, several weeks later they arrived. Only to find out that they were in completely the wrong shape without any brackets attached to them... Shocking.

Their office phoned me and we agreed that their staff takes back the two incorrect panels along with one of my correct and existing panels so that their workshop can build me two replacement panels in the correct shape and with brackets attached to them...

I heard nothing since and decided to contact their office on Friday 30 September 2022 to enquire about this entire situation... I eventually received a response on Monday 03 October 2022 after a couple of follow-up mails. I was advised that they are following up on the issue and would revert back to me. We are now on Wednesday 05 October 2022 with absolutely no indication if and when I would receive my products... None.

Zero customer service and zero accountability.
