SHOCKING SERVICE AND POOR PRODUCT!!!!

Very poor quality product and workmanship and VERY shocking service from Rudi at Unique Coatings! I bought a house last year where waterproofing was done by Unique Coatings on a section of the roof in 2020. The previous owner as well as myself have contacted Rudi about the problematic waterproofing but the leaks persevere! Rudi is NOT honoring his so called "10 year" warranty. Rudi is EXTREMELY rude, he screams aggressively when you try to talk to him and he doesn't even bother to inspect the waterproofing that was done. He prioritizes his "gym sessions" ahead of meetings. Rudi **** to me about changes on the roof that he claimed the previous owner made after the waterproofing was initially done and conned me into paying for repairs that was in fact still under full warranty. Needless to say, not only is the roof still leaking, but the tiny particles of the waterproofing product is still blowing all over the yard and swimming pool and patios, 2 years after application and it is a big mess. It is such a poor product. Rudi has tried every excuse in the book not to honor his warranty. He doesn't take responsibility for his poor product and workmanship and keep shifting the blame. l have now appointed a lawyer to file a suit against him for a refund and I had him investigated by DWASA and the MBA as well. According to DWASA, they have received numerous complaints about Rudi and is in the process of s****ping him from the associations.

I would certainly not advise any person to do business with Unique Coatings!
