Horrible Customer Service and incomplete job

Really poor experience with Unique Coating, and they still have not finished the job that the committed to. They also increased the quote in the middle of the job by R2000 without showing me what needed to be changed or why it was not quoted in the first place.

They have extremely rude staff (Rudi), who became very aggressive on a call because he wanted payment without the work being checked. The work is not complete, and they were informed over 2 months ago and still no resolution. They are now ignoring messages as they promised that it would be resolved as per the job card.

Please do not use this company they are not ethical and don't care about customer relations.
