Appaling service!!!

<p>So this past weekend I stayed at the Unique Lodge in Long Street. I was disgusted at the service I received. Upon arriving at check in I was told to go to some ATM to draw cash because their card machine was not working. My issue with that is the fact that it is Long Street and in which the way it was told to me. Throughout this process I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing this receptionist. We asked to extend our check out stay and the attitude from the girl left even more to be desired. When I emailed to ask fro a refund because I am extremelly disgusted that this is the service an establishment which I am sure assists with tourists is providing.</p> <p> </p> <p>The one good thing about this place is the security who stands at the door at night - he is very friendly.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was told they will not refund me because my stay is over and they are sorry. Even this apology was just said so nonchalant. The owner of the lodge I am still waiting for their details and now emails are left unrespnded to.</p>
