Bad customer service

I bought 3 lights from Unique Lighting. On collecting I was told they were checked and in order. On installation 1 light was different from the other 2. I asked to replace the light. I have been waiting more than a month. Backwards and forwards, blaming staff and suppliers but not sorting the problem. I will never recommend or use them again
