Terrible service and terrible food

I must say the first time we went was good the service and the food but yesterday was disgusting and i will never go there again and waste my money!! We Ordered a starter (calamari tubes)which we were told will be ready in 15 mins but arrived 30 mins later cold and still had wrappings on them.

Our main meal something meaty platter came with no chips an hour later (Mind you we were told it would take 10-15 minutes as we had specified we on our lunch break), the food was yet again COLD and their version of a salad is "cucumber, frail old lettuce with a drizzle of mayonnaise" beyond terrible!

We requested again to speak to the manager because at this point this cant be right, the manger apologized and said he will rectify this, the platter left and came back warm with tomatoes and rotten feta and olives, the liver was well done (i requested it to be medium done) and rubbery (I'm sure they popped it in the microwave), I had to ask for a steak knife, Salt & Pepper which should be on the table - it was given to me like I'm petty - has quality service really gone to ****?

We requested to speak to the manager again, then the "second in charge" manager came which I felt did not care about what we had to say at all, the excuse for not receiving our chips is because the fryer was broken but the next table received theirs - yet again he shoved "sorry word" just to shut us up - I'm beyond disappointed. and i did tell them that we will never come back and we heard the other waiters/waitresses giggling about how their colleague handled us.

There was a fair lady there in a blue shirt and navy skirt and I'm sure she is the "real manager" there but she chose to stand around with the waitresses and laugh about the whole situation - not once did she come to our table or at least find out what was going on. The people we spoke to were not managers they were the waiters as they were wearing the same black shirts with the other waiters/waitresses.

We paid our bill in full and left, we were ridiculed and a laughing stock among the Unique Lifestyle Staff. Thank you but never again. It's a shame because it conveniently situated as the same office park as us. — with Thandazile Dzanibe.
