Beware of ****mers

Please be careful of Unique KayBee Events travel and tours company. The owner, Kabelo Letlhatlha, took money from a group of church elders, some over the age of 70, for a 3-night trip to PE (Gqeberha).

The group included 71 people who paid R7,000 per person for the trip. However only one night of accommodation was paid for, and *****ulent proof of payment was sent to the hotel owner.

There were also serious issues with the travel arrangements. Initially, only one-way flight tickets were provided, and it took some time before return tickets were shared. Twelve people had no return flight tickets at all. For those who did have flight tickets, their luggage was not booked. The promised transportation during the trip was also unavailable.

Ultimately, several of the services that had been promised and paid for were not provided, leaving the travellers in a very difficult situation.
