NO DELIVERY AFTER PAYMENT

I found Unique Gates on Google when I urgently needed gates to be fitted at my home. I send a mail form the webpage and got a very quick reply. I explained that I do not have a lot of money and that I needed the work to be done URGENTLY. Marius also going by the name of Johan assured me that the work can be done at the amount we negotiated. I paid him the full quote value or R4500 on the 11th of November 2015 with the understanding that the installation will be the Friday 20th November. From the 15th when I wanted to confirm, the excuses started raining in and after NUMEROUS missed appointments Marius PROMISED to refund my money when I started threatening with legal action. Till today the promises are legio and the delivery NONE. He promised me that the gates were MADE and that he just did not have the time to install. Could not get his address to go collect the MADE gates . In my opinion Marius is a ***** that ****s people for money. Too late did I go on to Hello Peter to see other complaints EXACTLY the same as mine. BE VERY CAREFUL.
