No delivery

I have paid my deposit in June and to date, 20 October, i have not received my fence.<br> There has been numerous emials where he says he is very busy but will be at my place within the next 2 weeks.<br> It has been 3 weeks since that email and still nothing. He does not answer when i call and does not reply to my email requests.<br> <br> I no consider this as theft and will be taking legal action against him<br> <br> To make things worse i logged a request on there website using a different email account and he responded within minutes to take up a new job, even though i have been waiting 3 months, he is taking on new jobs.
