Not a happy customer at all

I am so ****ed with the service received from Unique furniture suppliers, they are actually **********, they advertised a couch that they could not even do, they made a couch for me which is not the same as the one advertised on the whatsapp status, they've taken my couch back and promised that they will fix it but when I got to their workshop the couch was covered in dust it's almost a month now since they have taken it
