Unique Funeral Service/meters bad service from Nombulelo

Unique funeral services/maters installed meter boxeses in my house in 2019, had to install 6 meters for my tenants and was suppose to get a portion of money paid into my account when they buy electricity vouchers.

So what happens is that the main house buy electricity then subrooms get power from the main however a portion goes back to the main house. It becomes a routine every month.

But Unique funeral service was unable to allocate the money into my account. I called almost everyday but from one person to another and was told Nombulelo is the only person that deal with meters. Followed up 2020, followed up 2021 and was told the late Thabo was suppose to authorize by Nombulelo.

Early 2022 Nombulelo took all my details and said I will be paid until now, used this number *** and whatsapp Nombulelo on her work number *** but no help until this day.

I have never seen a bad service like the one I experienced with Unique funeral services will never recommend anyone even on the funeral policy.
