Refund on stock returned

I have purchased laminated flooring from the supplier. The consultant who assisted me came to do the measurements and work out the material needed. After the installation I asked if I could returned the unused products. they said no problem they will refund me for the seven boxed that were too many and still in the packaging. One month later I am still waiting for the refund and when I call the lady is either not there or will get back to me! They further don't have stock on the quarter rounds which were under measured by the consultant and they are not planning to import that again, so I sit with a room with half completed
