Something afoot at Unique Feet

A warning not to expect transparency from Richard Kushlick, owner of Unique Feet. He offers a personal service for measuring and making/ordering bespoke (expensive)shoes. You pay for a consultation to measure your feet and after much back and forth the shoes he selects as nsuitable for you don't fit and are deemed unsuitable by the owner himself. He then offers to refund the cost of the shoes, not the consultation or the courier costs which you can sort of understand or can you? Then 3 months pass and you cannot get your promised refund, but rather polite apologies and new promises of payment each time you manage to make contact after each commitment of payment is reneged upon. Do not bank role this business. Something is clearly afoot. What a disappointing experience from a so called Master Footware Fitter.
