Veeeeerry unhappy client

It seems i am the only one that came cross a horrible, pathetic experience with this Salon. The lady has no remorse or what's so ever. i ran few minutes late for my appointment due to N12 traffic towards Kempton Park, I've text her 25min earlier stating i am running late but to no response. Prior to that last month has sent m a consent form to fill but i've changed phones a week later and i have lot the conversations we had with U-nique Fat Freeze. seeing what has happened i then send her n email requesting the terms nd conditions with the consent form but she never sent it she only confirmed my appoint for the 27/13/2021 at 12h30. To my surprise i was suppose to bring my own blanket to be assisted and i wasn't aware ! I have arrived there 12h33 and waited for like 5min at the door while she was busy with two ladies. she came to open and the greeting was why are you late. then asked me to sit while attending to those ladies -+12min they left and she explained her T's &C's i told her what happened nd i did request them but she did not send them to me h asked where's my blanket i told her i done have and she said: that it there's nothing i can for you unfortunately and told me my money will be forfeited :( i was really hurt and left while she calls the next guy. i feel she needs to refund my money back because she failed to even reschedule me for some other time, after driving this long to get there and receive this rotten service that sadden my whole Saturday.

i don't think the treatment she gave me i deserved it.
