Unprofessional and unreliable!

Teresa is probably the most unreliable and unprofessional person I’ve ever received beauty treatments from. When I first bought the voucher , I texted her to make an appointment because she doesn’t answer her phone and she completely ignored my calls and messages. I then tried emailing her and she ignored that as well. I then wrote to hyperli and complained to them and requested a refund. Miraculously she immediately gets a hold of me after that. My first appointment she made me wait over 1 hour due to double bookings and people pitching up late for their appointments. She is so disorganized and unprofessional. Next appointment she made me wait 30 minutes and the excuse I was given is that people decided to do more treatments that they didn’t book and as a result she’s running late. She then got her mother to administer the laser treatment on me and the old woman had no clue how to operate the machine. I waited another 20 minutes for Teresa to do the treatment and she haphazardly rushed the treatment of both full legs and underarms in 10 minutes. I still had a 3rd appointment booked but refused to attend it and waste my time and petrol going to her. She is most unrecommendable! So unprofessional and rude.
