Absolutely the worst service I've gotten in a long time. Advertises on Hyperli for specials, I got a voucher for my birthday from my sister. Contact her numerous times over email and whatsapp and I get completely ignored. I ask about how the procedure works, and how must I prep and how can I make a booking. Flatly get ignored. Complain to hyperli after about 10 days. Instantly get a reply from her, booking me for a tuesday at 10h45. The most awkward time to take off work for anyone. I could see I'm not getting anywhere with this woman so I cancelled my birthday gift from my sister. Her reply? "Awesome" Disgusting. Thanks for ruining my bday present to me from my sister. Dont be a merchant on Hyperli if you are going to treat Hyperli clients as trash because they not full paying customers.
