I have purchased this voucher due to the 4 areas treatment being advertised at over R 11,000, and this is a saving of the biggest percentage of the cost for treatment advertised. I went today for the treatment, as mentioned in the original advert 40 minutes per area, and then also radio frequency and cavitation on all four areas was advertised as part of the deal.

What I got, was substantially different to what I was misled into believing I bought.

I got four areas for 25 minutes only, and the machine that was used on me was a home edition machine, not a salon edition. My friend, who was with me, had to hold the working part of the machine in place for me for the 25 minutes, otherwise it would have fallen on the floor. He was asked to do the massaging for me inbetween, (which he obliged), while the home edition machine had 'to rest' between 25 minutes sessions, This massaging action would have been covered by cavitation and radio frequency , which I paid for, but never got.

The vendor insisted that the fir sauna blanket, which is an infrared treatment product, actually does the radio frequency and cavitation, but that I had to come back for it, as it would clash with the fat freezing treatment that I had, being a heat treatment.

The vendor then also told me that 'one area' sessions run at R 450, which would have come to a total of R 1800, and not even the R2399 which I paid, which she claimed was at R 150 per infrared blanket session, making up the other R 600, and a treatment which I would never have paid for had the promised radio frequency and cavitation been (honestly), replaced by the wording infrared blanket.

Where does the over R 11000 for four areas of treatment fit into her actual pricing of R 450 per area x 4 areas that I had?

She claimed further that the machines were imported in October, was the latest and the new standard was 20 minutes, but at my risk I could do 25 minutes, but in December she advertised 40 minutes sessions?

I feel that I had been taken for a huge ride, especially as the only way I can now salvage the 'other R 600 of infrared (which I did not buy) treatment, was to pay an additional R 1200, and then I could have another session of four areas for 25 minutes each.

I am really disgusted, and have never had such a dishonest and bad experience on hyperli, or similar interfaces ever before. I do trust that this sort of dishonest advertising and voucher selling is not within the terms and conditions of hyperli, but merely a vendor who has taken a huge chance.

(she does have salon quality fat freeze machines there, so was I treated like this because I fell for the huge saving and bought a voucher, therefore a 'third-rate citizen' in her business, not worthy of the treatment promised as I did not have my wallet there?

Disgusted and disgruntled, and paid dearly for my naivety thinking that treatments advertised at huge costs would equal that which I was excited about having.

Also irritated about having had to go and look for her in between the four sessions, which would have been two double sessions had I been treated with a salon machine and not a home machine.
