Unique Contractors /ES van Binsbergen

Absa appointed Unique Contractors / ES van Binsbergen to repair my ceiling after I had water damage due to a leaking geyser. The comment from the contractors was that they 1) could not get hold of Absa 2)they are waiting for feedback from Absa. When I phone Absa I was informed that the contractors recommend that Absa pay me the money and I can get someone to fix my ceiling. 1. I Need someone to fix the ceiling, not lying \about a reason for the delay"2. If I wanted to fix this myself"
