Avoid José and James Theron for construction and maintenance

Last year I used José Theron and his father, James Theron of Unique Construction and Maintenance to redo the roof of my house. Three weeks ago the ceiling collapsed and I had to ask several people to eventually get hold of them. Since then José is not taking our calls and his father, James, promise repeatedly to come out and fix it. I chose them because they are NHBRC registered. It cost me a lot of money, thinking that I would get some peace of mind. According to the Insurance their work was not to Building Standards and Code. They found several issues like the spacing of the brandering, poor sealing, gaping holes and incorrect cement mixes. I am very disappointed and disgusted.
