Theft ! Company refuses to take responsibility

Don't go there!!! After being a loyal customer for many years . I had a rather expensive jacket ****** out my car, whilst washing my car at The Unique Car bath Prince George ave brenthurst brakpan. I reported it immediately and after 4 weeks and making contact with them . I was told to contact the owner. Who basically told me to take my business and stick it as well it isn't there problem. This is horrific. They allow there staff to take customers things and just brush it off. Sad what this country has come to
