Poor workmanship

Good morning I am furious with this lady that did my candles through a third party where the lady ended up in hospital due to personal reasons and she was on last resort and used the above company name, unique candles. The lady from unique candles is Ramona. She did my candles but didn't do what i asked for and didn't send me picture to confirm the design and went and printed on the candle without my knowledge. Now she refuses to pay me a full refund for the mistake she made on the candles and she did not send me her terms and conditions nor informed me that she will be taking over the candles from the third party. She didn't speak to me directly but through the third party. I utterly disgusted by her poor client service as she didn't deliver as requested. How can i take it from here to get my refund back from this lady as she was utterly rude to me and threatened me if i put her up on Facebook she will deal with me accordingly. Who does that. For someone wanting business and money for something i never received and paid in full she is the most disrespectful person i have ever met. I dont think she should run a business as she *********** with her clients and their art work. Disgusted.
