Poor business practices

Find that the company has not been forthcoming on the way they conduct business. I purchased bricks from them in November 2020 that they claimed to have stock of. They delivered a 3rd of the order and then have been promising delivery of the balance since then. They had excuses of manufacturing quality etc. Which does not make sense as I purchased bricks that were in stock not bricks that had to be manufactured still. I have lost time and money on dealing with them and has to pay labour forces to be on standby for each period they do not deliver. Now I am forced to have to go the litigation route, file a case of ***** and take the next steps to recover the funds I loaned for this project
