Disappointing Experience with Unique Boys

Despite initial positive interactions, the subsequent experience was marked by significant delays and poor communication. Four promised delivery dates were missed which led me to cancel the order and request a refund. Communication was infrequent and always required proactive follow-up on my part. I was unduly influenced by biased reviews posted by close relatives of the owner. While I did receive a full refund, the significant delay and frustration caused by Unique Boys now resulted in additional inconvenience. The newly appointed manufacturer can only deliver the product in March 2025 due to upcoming holidays. So, it will take me over 5months to eventually get what I ordered in October 2024. This disappointment is caused by only Unique Boys who set unreasonable expectations or perhaps oversold their service. Although I received an apology (note: only after I wrote a public review!), i still believe it is appropriate to write a review as i would have personally wanted to know of other experiences before engaging.
