Why is Advertised specials only at your bigger stotes?

Excellent quality clothes, but what's up with advertising Mothersday specials on your website, but it is only available at certain stores? On Friday I bought 2 Tee's for R299 (as advertised) at the shop in Canal Walk. Drove back to Herm**** and thought I need to buy 2 more. Available, on the table in Herm**** shop, 'but the special is only for bigger shops'
