Uniq clothing SA very very bad customer service

What a disappppointment is Uniq clothing south Africa in cradlestone mall as well as their customers service. I purchased a jersey as a gift on the 6 th of June. The Birthday was late in June after giving the gift the person notice marks on it. I took time of from work and went back on Friday. They stated they cannot refund I also has pictures of tops with the exact same marks on I took personally from the store which is stock of the store. The store manager is very rude laugh in your face. After reporting this to customer service they still refuse as apparently they have a 14 day refund policy which is not on their receipt, as well as they believe those photos is not from their store but it is time and date stamped on my phone and is from their store. I would suggest that they work on the quality of their clothes as they blame the customer for bad and dirty products. They also need to work on their aftersales as weel as their customers service. I will never support an Uniq store again.
