This company is an absolute ****. They post ads on Facebook/Instagram depicting a wonderful good quality product and claim to be a South African, Capt Town based company. They are a drop-ship company and the products you receive literally come in packets with Chinese writing on it - the same packets that you receive your items in when you order from Shein. The material is cheap and plastic-like and the product is nothing like what is shown in their adverts. Upon emailing them with the issue, it takes them weeks at a time to reply to you. They refuse to refund the full amount and if you try return for different sizing, they expect you to cover the shipping cost of R300. They eventually said that they would refund 15% of my order (R900 order, and am being refunded R135). Still waiting for the money to clear into my account to see if this will actually happen or not. They change their company name and delete their Facebook adverti*****ts so that the negative comments customers post, can't be seen by their next unassuming customers. So extremely disappointed.
