Very upset client

Oh my word Uniprop is the worse agents to deal with, waiting to months for them to get things fixed on the move in check list and they don't even bother to follow up with their clients. I pay my rent long before it's due and no service rendered, I wonder even why they are the so called middle, I understand the property was in the selling/ buying stages but that has nothing to do with us as tenants, we still have a contract and expect things to happen. We have 7 days to report any faults on the inspection list and they have 7 years to take their time to get the faults fixed. Like really.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
