Unprofessional and unreliable

I will break up the reply in sections as each reply only allows 300 characters:
 

Since this tenant moved in just over a month ago a gate motor was immediately installed for their safety.  

The geyser burst and was replaced on the same day.  The agent actually organised the geyser replacement while attending a funeral. 

According to the gate motor installers, the tenant was extremely difficult and was bossing them around.  She was also 1 hour late for the plumbers.  The tenant also refused entry for other repair companies on several occasions.  

The previous tenants are also struggling to get their curtains and tools back that was left at the house after they moved out. 

The tenant has her own plumbing and construction company, Amakhosi Construction and is is looking for all kinds of faults in the house in the hope that the landlord will use her company to do the repairs.  

We have several emails, whatsapp messages and telephone recordings where she keeps on suggesting that we use Amakhosi Construcion (her own company) to repair these “health hazards and safety problems” at the absurd cost of R9450: 

 - Curtain rails (Will attempt to repair them as they are old and derelict)
 - Door lock (will be replaced as it doesn't lock) 
 - Door handles (breaking out of doors) 
 - Toilet roll holders (roll holder missing in one bathroom and other toilet doesn't have one)

 - Mirrors in bathrooms (none of the bathrooms have) 
 - Towel rails (plastic hooks are on the derelict doors and are going to rip the door off.  Rails are quoted on to be installed) 

 - Garage door lock (landlord to repair urgently) 
 - Sink plugs (one is broken and one is leaking. Both are quoted to be replaced) 
 - Shower right side arm and rose (can live with) 
 - Paint (can live with) 
 - Fans (light fittings to be installed) 

 - Light bulbs (light bulb blew in dining room and the whole house has 1 feint light bulb in each room) 
 - Leaking taps (guest bathroom tap leaking since we moved in and the en suite bathroom mixer is loose.  

 

 - Leaking sink waste pipe (can live with) 
 - Repair sunken in paving towards front door (have tripped 4 times and fallen and twisted my ankle) 
 - Left side shower handle has no ***** I. E. Loose (can live with) 
 - Window sliders broken (can live with) 
 

 - Kitchen cupboard doors (one door is off standing on the side and one door is missing a handle which is there and must be installed)
 - The oven and shower (was never cleaned upon arrival and must be cleaned) 

 

Dear Tanya - Please note that we will also lodge a complaint against your company as we suspect tampering with the brand new geyser that was installed last month and all off a sudden after a month had the thermostat set to 70 degrees and you invoiced us R650 to set the thermostat back to 58 degrees. 

 

We also have phone records of the plumbers hooting in front of your house for 20 minutes where you pretended not to hear them so you can "fix" the geyser yourself and invoice Uniprop through your company. 

I would also like to put on record that you were even offered to be relocated to another property on Uniprop's cost because you were so unhappy with the condition of the house (a broken kitchen cupboard door handle and no toilet rolls etc). 

We are at the point where we are seriously considering taking legal action you as your complaints and slander is getting out of hand.
