Theft
I would highly not recommend anyone to rent or buy from Uniprop Real Estate in Boksburg. As they allow their Landlords to lye on behalf of their tenants. And allow a particular tenant the access to treat a women with GBV. After an assault with scissors by the tenant. The tenant being a binge alcoholic and has a history of being abusive to women. Myself Having been locked out of the premises going on 4 weeks with not having access or allowance to collect all my household belongings after serving a Court Interdict of Demand. A week past the 14 day waiting period leaves the tenant up for theft and the landlord accepts this treatment. Nevermind the insults and false accusations on record by the landlord opens her up to a case of ******** Injuria which will be done . What they are supporting the tenant to allow is daylight theft of all my household belongings. And still receiving nasty emails from the tenant which are ignored as their is now a Court Case in place which noone seems to take seriously.
Please take note of the following VERY carefully:
Your fights with your ex-boyfriend have nothing to do with Uniprop.
If you have left your things at his place, Uniprop can't open the property for you.
The lease is in his name and neither Uniprop nor the landlords are allowed to open someone's house because an ex-girlfriend tells them that her belongings are still in her ex-boyfriend's house.
I suggest you sort this out with a lawyer as soon as possible and stop harassing everyone to open the property for you.
This has absolutely nothing to do with Uniprop or the landlord.
Please note that we will be taking legal action against you for defamation. You have no right to write a review with the subject "THEFT" and tell the world not to buy or rent from Uniprop.
Firstly, your ex-boyfriend is a tenant. This does not make you a Uniprop client.
Secondly, he is renting, so how can you make a recommendation not to buy from Uniprop either?
Please don't blame Uniprop for your poor life decisions.
Next time, get yourself a boyfriend that does not have a history of being abusive to women.
Among other things, I would also suggest that you do some reading about the differences between a real estate company and a domestic dispute. A course in spelling and grammar wouldn't hurt either.
