Request For A Refund of My Rental Deposit

I rented a house from Uniprop Real Estate in Witbank. I paid the required deposit .I moved out at the end of July.I requested for a refund of my deposit from the Uniprop agent named Mpumi.Instead of her refunding me she has too many excuses. I realy need my deposit of R7000.
