Terrible service

I went to the Balito branch 3 weeks ago and purchases 2 basins and 2 Bath Tubs, which I paid upfront. They told me in 5 days time they will have the order and I can come and fetch. After 5 days they did not have one of the bath tubs and told me they will be receiving it from Johannesburg and I must wait another 10 days, someone will call me once they get the order. 10 days later nobody called me, Had to drive to Balito again, now they say I must wait another 5 days. I paid them cash, they cant deliver on their hopeless service. Certainly wont be going back their to buy my tiles.
