Return policy sucks - Not according to consumer act.

The company policy on return sucks big time and the head office doesn't even protect their clients. My construction guy bought tiles from the edenvale store assisted by Nasser Danree. He used a couple of tiles of which as the client I didn't like them. I asked the the guy to return unopened boxes. To his surprise he was told that it's a foot-stood and they do not do returns.

I then called head office to report the case and Malcom guy returned my call informing me that there's nothing he can do to help in this regard.

So my dear fellow South African stay away from Union Tiles.
