No help or customer satisfaction

Went there on Friday the 28th of August to go view some sandstone and slate tiles. Firstly, no one assisted me for the first 10 minutes of the visit, then eventually a sales person asked me if I have been helped, so eventually I found out where the slate tiles were but was not happy with the slate so I took the salesperson to the sandstone division and it felt like they did not want to assist me at all. I eventually left with no price or satisfaction.

I went back there on Sunday morning with my wife to go show her the beautiful sandstone tiles and we also hanged around there with absolutely no assistance from anyone. There was one customers there who were helped by 2 sales people but no help with us. A Customer who walked in after us were assisted but we were not even asked if we could be helped. And once again, walked out of Union Tiles Bedfordview with no satisfaction or total cost for what we wanted. Funny thing is, it is such a huge shop and so few customers, but those who wants to give them business, were not even approached. I doubt I will be buying any tiles from them in future.
