Complaint against Union Tiles Paarden Eiland

I recently purchased a very expensive tile that was on sale from Union Tiles at R250 and the total of my order was R 17 k. A lot of money for a single mother!! . When the tile arrived, it was not at all the tile that I had ordered. The tile that I received was a white tile with a grey cold undertone whereas the tile that was in the shop had been lit under a warm light and was more cream in appearance. In fact the Manager even recommended a oatmeal coloured grouting for the tile which clearly does not fit because the tile I received, is not a warm beige colour.. There are two tiles in this shop and I specifically did not want the grey one. ( they grey one incidently was cheaper than the one I actually purchased). I am very angry and upset. I am now having to tile my house with a tile I don't want and a refusal by the manager to change the tile to the one I ordered. I have even offered to keep the pricing the same
