Union Power Poor service

union power is a solar solution company that provides alternate and back up electricity, i recently purchased a 10 kva system from them, and I experienced problems from day one, its only been around 4 months now and it's almost impossible to get hold their 24 hour help desk so called service that they offer. they cut calls and do not bother replying to messages. this goes all the way to the top. i am now taking legal action against them and so is my insurance company. i would like the public and private sector to be aware that union power should not be considered if they are looking for a solar power solution.
