<p>Hi Peter.</p> <p>I would like to inform you of my horrific experience i am have been going through the past 2 and half years ago when i purchased a 2010 dodge journey at union motors shelly beach. from a sales consultant not giving me the full back ground information of the vehicle, to the hustle that i had to go through, when i complaint about gearbox and when my vehicle is due for service. The are just a huge chunk on my neck. The only thing they know is R 1 000 that i have to pay to put my car on the diagnostic machine other other things that i had to pay. That is the only thing that i know are good at. customer service or courtesy it's zero. Now i have to pay R 37 000 for the gearbox just because they didn't care of what i was i complaing about. I am really feedup with their poor operations. The is no joy from my purchase at union motors shelly beach it all a shame.</p>
