UNPAID HOLDING DEPOSIT

<p>I paid R5000 holding deposit requested by a salesrep called Ignus Verster in Mid December 2016, to reserve a car I was interested in. After that they did not come back to me until I called them to do a follow up after sending my personal documents for finance application. Only then, in in the first week ofJanuary was I put through to a finance lady called Miranda, who also waited for me to call in the second week to find out if I got the finance or not....AND guess what, I did not get it!! On the same week I got finance elsewhere. From then I have been asking for my holding deposit and all I get is, Miranda is not at work !! POOR, DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! I have not received my money up to now and am furious beyond words.</p>
