Transfer of ownership

I bought a new Jeep with Union Motors Nelspruit 31 Occtober 2013 and trade in my old Jeep. <br> A year later when I wanted to renew my licence I found out that Union Motors never transfered the ownership of the old car and that the new owner they sold it to didnt pay the fees. After complaints Union Motors did pay the fee but didnt transfer ownership. I wrote an e mail as well as made a number of calls for them to get this sorted out. It never happened. So in January 2016 (3 years later) I sold the 2nd Jeep and bought a new Toyota. When I wanted to register the Toyota it became clear that Union Motors Nelspruit still didnt do the transfer of ownership and that there is a outstanding licence fee on the Jeep sold to them in 2013.<br> I made a number of calls, wrote e mails and after get no action from Union Motors Nelspruit to get this issue solved. Its 3 years later, 2 cars later and still no solid action. This means I need to drive without a licence disk which is ******* and this because Nelspruit Union Motors didnt complete their responsibilities. Please action as in yesterday!
