Not taking responsibility for their own mistakes

Union Motors Nelspruit(Fiat agents) <br> <br> Our Fiat 500 lounge was serviced by this motor group at 60 000km the last one of the warranty, whereafter a 70 year female drove the car for the next 15 000 km. The next service was due on 90 000km, however the sump plug suddenly fell out at 68 000 km, a plug that is subsequently covered by a huge steel plate making it impossible to see if there is any oil leak what so ever. The motor seized up and suddenly this is not even remotely their problem, the workshop manager Leon and the receptionist Pauline were not helpful at all as a matter of fact they accused the lady of tampering with the car, which is rather unruly coming from a agents that have been supported by this lady since the day she bought the car. <br> <br> Whatever you do be careful of these agents as they are quick to help when all is under warranty but the minute something goes wrong after that they simply pass the buck. I will make this my mission to warn everybody about this motor group as nobody deserves to be treated like this!!!!!
