Unacceptable Increase from Union Life

I would like to complain about the increase that Union life has given us as a society,as Woman in Action2 members.In 2016 when they did come with sweet words of helping the poor,they said we must group ourselves to be 10 or more and each member must have 9 people which is 10.They call that group scheme (9+1) and they give us R15 000 for an adult and it varies according to childrens years.

We joined in 2016 October till now each member paying R170.We got their letter on monday saying that they gonna increase the premium of each member toR 269.80 from the first of July 2018, so increase is R104.30. From 2016 till now we paid them R70 338.50 and we only claimed 3 funerals where they paid us R45 000 and we still have the balance of R28 979.50.

We told them that we know there must be increase but we are not satisfied with R104.30 increase,so they say we are a small group we pay that increase,what surprises us is that we are not 10 members we are 22 from the start.SO WE WRITE THIS SO THAT YOU CAN HELP US AS YOU DID HELP SO MANY PEOPLE Thank you Oumitjie Majoe ********** 636
