TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

The companies service is terrible, they say 24h claim pay out, but did claim on the 19th of November 2018 and it is now the 12th of December 2018 and still waiting for claim to pay out. Upon phoning call center, all they say it is on the spreadsheet and they don't even know what this means!!!!!
