Huge ****

I have a huge issue the above mentioned company, as they are ****ing old people into thinking they taking out a burial plan and misleading them. They take the old people's money and when someone starts asking questions it goes unanswered. Because my questions went unanswered i stopped paying the burial plan and my granny a year later wanted to start paying it herself but was told it lapsed. A burial plan does't lapse only a funeral policy does. And yet they telling us it lapsed. The company your burial plan is with uses the receipts you have paid and pasted in a book to bury you. My late mother had one with Kerr's and there was never issues. My concern now is that she has paid this burial plan since 2004 never claimed once and now she is told it has lapsed. They documentation attached to the thing also says that she will be paid R7500 in the event of death and yet she paid so much already. The plan also doesn't bury any additional family member over the age of 21 yet myself, my brother and his child's mother where all over 21 when the burial plan was first taken out. They are ******** the old uneducated people
