Doves and Union Life are dishonest.

This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with. My dad passed away 17/10/2018. To date they have not paid out on the funeral claim. They have shared someone else's personal details with me and they have ignored every correspondence sent to them. They have also not amended the policy and have subsequently informed me via text that they will be increasing my premium. Doves Funeral Service was even worse to deal with. These company are nothing if not dishonest. Avoid them at all costs.
