Disgusting Service

I submitted a claim with Union Life 1 month ago, they have confirmed receipt of the required documents however the claim has still not been paid. I have been told that it has been sitting with the payment department /auditors for processing, this has been ongoing for 2 weeks.

For a company that boasts a 48 hour turn around time, I am extremely disappointed with how my claim has been treated.
