Death claim

<p>i lodged a death claim in september already and i was paid the claim amount with was not the full amount. I mailed the union life on the 13.09.2016 and no one got back to me and again i wanted to add another family member on the space of the deceased as my premium i am paying is for 12 people when i questioned that i got a very rude and unprofessianal responce</p>
